3. Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized and custom products are created based on the information, images, and specifications provided by the customer.

By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the images or content submitted, or have permission to use them.
  • The content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.


4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production and shipment. Cozy Art uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store your payment information.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We proudly craft and ship our products from the United States.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Cozy Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.


6. Returns, Refunds & Promotions

  • Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
