All Cozy Art products are made to order.

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days
  • Processing time begins once payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Custom and personalized items may require additional review time to ensure accuracy and quality.


2. Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Time (United States)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited shipping: If available, delivery times will be shown at checkout

Cozy Art is not responsible for:

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located:

  • Please check with household members, neighbors, or building management first
  • Contact the carrier directly for further assistance

Cozy Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cozyartusa.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will work with you to provide a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
