Refund Policy
At Cozy Art, we want you to love your artwork. Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, we’ve outlined our refund and return policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Custom & Personalized Products
All custom and personalized products (including but not limited to DIY photo art and personalized designs) are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product arrives defective
- The product received is incorrect due to our error
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. Non-Custom Products
For non-custom, non-personalized items, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@cozyartusa.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to our mistake, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all costs associated with correcting the order.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Cozy Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Promotions & Special Offers
Refunds or credits related to promotions, giveaways, or special offers are subject to the specific terms of each promotion and may require verification.
Promotional refunds are:
- Non-transferable
- Limited to one per order or customer (unless stated otherwise)
- Void where prohibited
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Because most of our products are made to order, once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, returns will be processed as refunds, and a new order may be placed.
